01 — The challenge
Bookings came in by phone, email and two portals, were noted on a chart and every high season there were overlapping pitches and guests waiting at reception.
02 — What we built
We created our own booking engine with a pitch map, seasonal prices, online deposit payment, synchronisation with the portals and fast check-in at reception with the details already filled in by the guest.
03 — What changed
A single calendar with no overlaps, more direct bookings with no commission and much smoother high-season check-ins.
