Integrations and automation
Integrations and process automation
We connect your systems to each other —shop, ERP, CRM, payment gateway, bank or suppliers— so data travels on its own and nobody has to copy it by hand.
The problem
The invisible work of copy and paste
In many companies someone spends hours every week moving data from one program to another: shop orders into the ERP, bank payments into the accounts, CRM sign-ups into invoicing. It is slow work, prone to mistakes and adds nothing.
- Online orders are typed again into the management software.
- Stock on the website and in the physical shop never match.
- Payments are reconciled by hand by looking at the bank statement.
- Supplier files arrive by email and someone imports them.
- A mistake when copying data is discovered weeks later.

- Int. 04Automatic importsFiles arriving by email, FTP or portal that are processed on their own, with alerts if something does not add up.
- Int. 05Task automationDocument generation, scheduled sending, reminders and processes that depend on one person today.
- Int. 06Your own APIIf you need others to connect to your system, we design a documented, secure API.
How it is built
How we approach an integration
- 01
Inventory
We list the programs, what data each one holds and which is the source of truth for each piece of data.
- 02
Flow design
We define what is synchronised, in which direction, how often and what happens if something fails.
- 03
Development and testing
We program the integration and test it with real data in a separate environment.
- 04
Monitoring
We set up logs and alerts so any failure is detected the same day, not at month end.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us
Can any program be connected?
Almost always. If the program has an API, we use it. If not, we look for alternatives: scheduled exports, exchanged files or access to its database when the provider allows it.
What if one of the parties changes or stops working?
Integrations log every operation and send alerts when something fails, so you can react quickly. With a maintenance plan, we adapt the integration when a provider changes its API.
Is it safe to connect my programs?
Yes, if it is done properly: encrypted communications, credentials stored outside the code, minimum permissions and access logs. It is part of how we always work.
How much does an integration cost?
A simple integration between two systems with an API can be done in a few days. Those involving several programs or complex data are quoted in phases, always at a fixed price.
Do you use idempotent payments?
Yes. Everything that moves money is programmed so that a retry never charges twice, with idempotency keys and automatic reconciliation of each operation.
