01 — The challenge
The venue sold tickets on two external platforms that kept part of every sale, promoter lists went over messaging apps and at the door there was no way of knowing who had come in or of settling commissions without arguments.
02 — What we built
We developed our own ticket and VIP-area sales application with online payment, promoter lists with personal links, QR code scanning at the door from any phone and automatic commission settlement at the close of each night.
03 — What changed
Online sales become the venue’s own channel, the door validates entry in seconds and each promoter sees their figures in real time.
