01 — The challenge
Three clinics with separate calendars, appointments lost for lack of reminders and paper treatment estimates that nobody followed up when the patient said “I’ll think about it”.
02 — What we built
A management application with a calendar by treatment room and practitioner, SMS and email reminders, medical records with permissions by profile, estimates signed on a tablet and commercial follow-up of those not accepted.
03 — What changed
Fewer empty slots in the calendar, pending estimates followed up and the same information available in all three clinics.
