01 — The challenge
More than a hundred care workers spread across several towns, rotas in spreadsheets and paper service reports that had to be typed up by hand to invoice the public authorities.
02 — What we built
We developed an application with service and route planning, geolocated clock-in on arriving at and leaving the home, digital reports signed by the client and export of hours for invoicing and payroll.
03 — What changed
Rotas redone in minutes when someone is off sick, hours backed by clock-in records and invoicing to the authorities without typing up reports.
